The AP&FP is a program designed to impart the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to successfully implement a Strategic Transformation.

The Advanced Practicum (AP) uses a learning by doing approach coupled with the creation of a community of practice where change agents can continually improve and refine transformation processes and methods based on what they learn from the clients they serve.
